I’ve worked with dozens of web designers in my 15 years of providing Internet marketing services, but never someone as fast and easy to work with as Karen. First, I’m fairly convinced she is psychic since half the time she gives me what I want before I ask for it. But even more importantly, she makes the process of giving feedback easier than anyone else every has. I think it’s because she is really focused on client’s satisfaction. Karen sticks with a problem until the client is happy and she’s just as good at making suggestions as she is at taking them. One of the things I love about Karen is her willingness to try new things.
